Has been a tendency in the western world or even in the first world countries that are very specific to outsource their work to third world nations because there they can hire more people with less expenditure. To be very true, if the company had to hire one of the employees in their own country they have to spend as much as three times the amount of money that they are spending more of payroll employees in third world countries. The whole process of outsourcing human resources has been protested by the people of indigenous origin corporations and governments have been forced to pass a law through which he can be stopped or limited outsourcing. But there are still companies who outsource their work. The main reason for outsourcing Human Resources is that the people of these countries from the third world, including India more efficient in their work and be able to handle more complex situations easily than those of the western world.


The payroll management system became the first among the companies recruiting in between periods of recession alone. The recession has hit many big names, but there are very few of these companies are not affected due to the measures taken by the company to the business and their marketing. This trend of higher efficiency has been popular among these companies are of different types, and they have thus decided to outsource their work to countries where the cost of living is quite low compared to that in the country of origin. So they have to pay far less amount of salary.


Differences in the payroll system of various countries, by the same company, also have protested, as the people of these countries think that they have lost a wide range of facilities and duped by the company because they pay them much less. Thus, the first option to be tried by companies in these countries is a payroll management. The whole process payroll management is that the company must make them relatively low in the different countries to work.
